Our goal is to keep our fees for appointments and supplements as low as possible. We accept payment by cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept cheques.

Most private extended medical plans provide reimbursement for a portion of naturopathic visits and lab work. Patients are responsible for checking with their plan to find out what type of coverage they have and for submitting their receipts for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our doctors and other patients, we require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for cancellations and changes. A $65.00 fee will be charged for the 1st time missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice. The full value of the appointment will be charged for future short-notice cancellations or no-shows.
