This quick and easy breakfast is filled with many nutrients, including essential fatty acids and proteins.
1 tbsp hemp hearts 1 tsp honey
2 tbsp sesame seeds ½ apple of your choice
2 tbsp sunflower seeds ¼ tsp of cinnamon
small handful of walnuts 1tbsp of coconut oil
pinch of sea salt 1 cup of almond milk
Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Slice ½ apple, mix 1 tbsp of coconut oil with ¼tsp of cinnamon, then brush coconut oil, cinnamon mix over apple slices. Place sliced apples on a bake sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned. While apple slices are baking, warm 1 cup of almond milk in a pot on the stove.
